Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in the same condition in which you received it
• Be in its original packaging, where applicable
• Have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached
• Not show any signs of damage, alteration, washing, or use
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact Orli Finds within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item where applicable. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For hygiene, safety, and product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These may include:

• Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used
• Earrings and other items that come into direct contact with the body
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Customized or personalized items
• Items specifically marked as Final Sale
• Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, where stated

Please note that change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item does not automatically qualify for a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the item and the issue
• Photos of the packaging where relevant

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, Orli Finds will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery and shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, eligible items may be exchanged for another item of the same value.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Orli Finds may offer an alternative item, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery and the original item must meet our return conditions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item where the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason that is not the fault of Orli Finds.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Orli Finds will cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.

Items returned without prior approval from our team may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our returns policy.

Important Note

Because Orli Finds offers a curated selection of products, availability may be limited and some items may be sourced specifically for an individual order. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizes, specifications, and photos carefully before placing an order.
